Mr Gore was professional and friendly. He made me feel at ease with the decision I was making. His after care was amazing and was always there if I had any questions. Mr Gore performed amazing surgery on me and I am absolutely overwhelmed with the fantastic results of his handiwork! I would have the surgery again with Mr Gore and will be recommending everyone to him. His PA, Fiona, has been also been fabulous over email.

I first approached Mr Gore looking for advice on potential rhinoplasty. For years I have had issues breathing through my nose, always feeling congested and getting frequent nose bleeds. I also had issues with the appearance, having a hump on top as well as an odd bulge coming out of the right side. When I first emailed regarding a consultation, his secretary Fiona was incredibly helpful and polite. She emailed back immediately asking if I would like a zoom meeting with Mr Gore that same evening. I was able to discuss with him my issues, and he was very honest in his review. Initially he was unsure he was able to fix my issues and gave a very clear insight on what services he was able to provide. We decided to go through with a face to face consultation the next day so he could take a proper look at my nose. He found that I had a severely deviated septum which was blocking the airway on both sides and causing the blockage that made me feel congested. As a result, Mr Gore was very confident surgery would significantly help. I went through with the surgery just over a month after the initial consultation, having had a few more zoom calls with Mr Gore checking in with me and talking about what to expect. Unfortunately the surgery was not as straight forward as we expected as upon opening me up, Mr Gore found my nose to be severely fractured. Thankfully, he knew how to fix this and I have ended up with a nose that looks much better and functions much better. The hump and the bulge (which turned out to be the fracture) have completely disappeared. My nose is very straight and I still look like myself. I couldn't be happier with how it looks front on and from a side profile. Breathing wise has been incredible. Not only can I breathe so much better, but I no longer have a constantly blocked or runny nose. I am able to sleep through the night without waking up having to blow my nose, and my sense of smell and taste have significantly improved. Overall, nearly 3 months in, this surgery has been life changing. Mr Gore was amazing in the after care of my surgery. He called every couple of days in the two weeks after to make sure I was okay and remind me if I had any concerns or questions I could email or call and he would get back to me asap. My next appointment with him is in a year to make sure everything is still progressing well, but I have no doubts if needed he'll see me sooner. Mr Gore, Fiona and The New Foscote Hospital Team have all been amazing. They have made me feel very safe and reassured every step of the way. They have been so easy to get in contact with if needed, and never made me feel pressured to do something or put me in a situation that made me feel uncomfortable. I felt very involved in every decision we came to, and Mr Gore's honesty and knowledge made me more than happy to trust him with this procedure. I highly recommend Mr Gore and his team to anyone looking into rhinoplasty.

I would definitely recommend Mr Sinclair Gore for cosmetic surgery. He listened to my concerns and carried out my procedure and I’m so pleased I chose him for my surgery. His professionalism and care before and after surgery and the post operative checkups were definitely what I needed. I’m so glad I went ahead with my procedure, it has changed my life and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him if I had other concerns.

I recently underwent a breast reduction surgery after having spent most of my young adult years with severe back pain, low self esteem and body confidence. In a short space of time this has been a life changing experience both physically and mentally. From my first consultation, throughout the surgery and post operative care Mr Gore has been at hand to answer all questions extensively and has ensured I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I could not recommend him enough. He is meticulous in his work and I felt his post operative care went above and beyond, with frequent phone calls and in person checkups where necessary.
